Early Registration fees (by 15 July 2018):

  • IEEE Students : 150$
  • IEEE Professionals: 200$
  • Non IEEE members: 250$

Late Registration Fees (by 30th July 2018):

  • IEEE Students : 200$
  • IEEE Professionals: 250$
  • Non IEEE members: 300$

** Accomodation details:

  • Based on your number of nights selected and room type the accomodation fees will be added accordingly to your registration fees.
  • Room options: single $65, double $70 (2 persons).
  • In case of (2) participants who would like to share a room; one participant should pay for double room; and the 2nd participant should select that he/she will share the room with X.
  • The registration includes: welcome package and goodies, access to sessions/special sessions and exhibition, Awards Ceremony + Gala dinner, 1 Lunch, City Tour, 3 Coffee breaks.
